Amanda White is a trainer with several years of experience in the development of individuals and groups in business and non-profit organizations.

Amanda White has been a Trainer since 2006, specializing in; Customer Service, Business English, Telephone Skills, Pronunciation/Effective Communication Skills, and Business Writing.

Delighting them with her warm and lively style, Amanda thoroughly enjoys interacting with and engaging participants with her cheerful personality. It is her heart’s desire to equip and enable her clients to realize their potential and rise to new levels of personal and/ or corporate development.

Among her completed varied work projects thus far, she was engaged for 2 years by iT21 to prepare Pre-School Educators for MOE upgrading examinations in verbal, written and oral English Language skills; was a ‘Voice-Over Talent’ for children’s educational materials, and a ‘Wellness’ Trainer for health products.

She is currently working on Corporate Communications on a project basis. Amanda also volunteers at the ‘Muscular Dystrophy Association of Singapore’ as an Associate Trainer in a Motivational Speaking Program, to groom their members for Public Speaking and confidence building.

She is a Certified DISC Behavioral & Career Consultant from Life-Skills Enrichment (Accredited by The Institute For Motivational Living, Inc, USA); as well as holds a Certificate of Accreditation for ‘The Heart of Success’ (Work/Life Balance) as a Facilitator with Focus on the Family Singapore. Her qualifications also include the CELTA (Esol) University of Cambridge Cert (Teaching English to Speakers of other languages) from the British Council; and Certificate in Basic Counselling as well as Certificate in Practical Counselling (Solution Focused – Advanced) from the Academy of Human Development, Singapore.

Amanda worked as a qualified nurse in the United Kingdom in varied hospital environments before specializing in Oncological Nursing. Wanting to impart her passion and experience in her field, she co-authored a book in 1994 for Cancer Care-givers published in Singapore entitled ‘You’re Not in This Alone,’ as well as volunteered for Fund Raising & Development in Home Care Nursing Procedures.
